Over 20 years of sustained and continuous growth, Routeco has secured a nationwide network of sales locations employing over 250 personnel.
During Autumn 2017, as part of our Employee Benefit support scheme, Mattioli Woods was appointed by Routeco UK Ltd to provide generational financial education in the workplace to help employees better understand their personal finances and help create financial goals and priorities.
Nearly all Routeco staff fall into the age brackets of ‘Generation X’ (mid-career employees) & Generation Y (early career employees). As such, Mattioli Woods designed and delivered two sessions aimed at early and mid-career stages, including coverage of their employee benefits package. The sessions included workshops and support for the following:
- ‘Generation Y’ Early Career Employees
- ‘Generation X’ Mid-Career Employees
- ‘One to One’ Meetings for Employees
- Filmed Seminars for ‘Off-Site’ Employees
Attendees in the seminars scored the sessions overall as ‘excellent’, and comments following the presentations highlighted that the attendees had found the information very useful.Click to Watch Seminars

Attendees were asked to complete a questionnaire to score the day’s events.
The questions were rated from 1 = Poor going up to 5 = Excellent.Attendees overwhelmingly scored the seminars positively.
The attendees’ knowledge of the subjects increased from 2.80
(below average) to 4.40
(between good and excellent).
Attendees thought the presentations covered sufficient detail (4.40)
and rated the presenter highly (4.80)
Our key indicators of success achieved excellent feedback scores for understanding the subject matter (4.60)
