Mattioli Woods celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2021
Ian Mattioli and Bob Woods set out to challenge the status quo 30 years ago from a converted garage in Leicester. Mattioli Woods now employs more than 1,000 people and have passed some pretty impressive milestones.

From humble beginnings
Mattioli Woods now finds itself as one of the UK’s leading providers of pension consultancy and wealth management services. We advise over 16,000 clients throughout the UK, with assets under advice and administration in excess of £16 billion.
In our first year of trading, the company employed just three people and achieved a modest turnover. Today, it has a workforce of over 1,000 and revenues of over £108 million.
