Thornton Wells

Thornton joined Mattioli Woods after graduating from the University of Leicester and quickly progressed through the consultancy programme while completing professional exams. He has since built a strong network of accountants, tax advisers and solicitors to ensure client needs are fully supported across the board.

As a Chartered Financial Planner, Thornton provides holistic wealth management advice and support to a diverse range of clients, from directors of SMEs to those in professional and executive positions. While the goals and solutions required to meet them are wide-ranging, he enjoys working with clients around exit and succession planning to ensure both they and their families benefit from their many years of hard work.

Outside of work, Thornton enjoys travel and good food with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys music (dabbling in guitar, bass, and drums but mastering none of them!) and rugby, which can be challenging as a Northampton Saints fan living and working in Leicestershire!
