What this page is for
Every seeded HubSpot form, one section each, with the ticket it belongs to as the heading. A tester can check all ten in one pass rather than hunting for the pages that carry them, which matters because five of the ten are not placed on any other seeded page at all.
Each form renders through the shared embed service, so the wrapper, the reserved height and the fallback behave exactly as they do on a real page. Forms load as they scroll into view.
Do not add page-level styling here. MW-56 Forms (front-end styles) owns how a form looks and styles the shared contract, so anything that only works on this page is a bug.
MW-69 Forms (contact us form)
The main enquiry form. Text, email, phone, a textarea and two dropdowns, plus the consent checkboxes. Also placed on the Contact page, where it loads immediately.
MW-70 Forms (introducers form)
For professional connections introducing a client. Textarea, no dropdown. On the Contact page it sits behind a prompt the visitor opens. Here it is expanded, so the disclosure is not in the way of checking the form itself.
MW-71 Forms (contact us overlay form)
The same shape as the contact us form, used in the slide-out contact panel. No seeded page places it, so this is the only page it can be checked on.
MW-72 Forms (events signup form)
Short signup, text and email only. Also placed on the Events page.
MW-73 Forms (webinar signup forms)
One shared entry for every webinar, placed as this same block in a webinar’s own content. Of the eight seeded webinars the three current ones carry it; the five recordings do not. The heading comes from the block’s own heading field.
MW-74 Forms (adviser location form)
Textarea and two dropdowns. No seeded page places it, so this is the only page it can be checked on.
MW-86 Forms (prefooter newsletter sign-up)
The prefooter signup, which appears on nearly every page in production. Seeded to load lazily, because it is below the fold everywhere it is used.
MW-89 Forms (careers, introduce yourself)
A speculative application. Carries a fallback message and is seeded to load immediately. Also placed on the Introduce yourself page.
MW-90 Forms (careers, request a call back)
Short callback request, text and email only. Also placed on the Request a call back page.
MW-91 Forms (pension calculator adviser enquiry)
Follows a pension calculator result. Textarea. Also placed on the Pension Calculator page, anchored as the target of the results call to action.
