    David McSweeney

    Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

Carole joined Mattioli Woods in 2021 after leaving Mercer Marsh Benefits with nearly 21 years’ service. Initially working as an account consultant, providing her with some valuable experience, Carole moved into financial education in 2013 working alongside the pension consultants before taking up her current role, Employee Engagement Consultant.

Working closely with a wide array of clientele, Carole focuses on employee benefits and specialises in increasing engagement with employees for our clients. By helping individuals understand their pensions and other benefits, they can make more informed choices and feel confident in understanding what these mean to them.

Outside of work, Carole loves to keep fit and walks whenever she can. She enjoys most sport but particularly football and F1.
