Emma Thomas

I’m a Senior Consultant with over 23 years’ experience at the firm. I started with Wallwork Ludlow, which was acquired by Ludlow and latterly became part of the wider Mattioli Woods Group. I began my career in an administrative role and have worked my way through the business, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of both financial planning and what the client experience actually looks and feels like from both sides.

Over the years, I’ve built strong, long-term relationships with my clients. I take a straightforward approach and try to give clear, thoughtful guidance – no jargon, no unnecessary complexity.

Outside of work, I play netball and spend as much time as I can outdoors with my family. I particularly enjoy hiking in the Lake District and the Peak District with my sausage dog, Frank, and travelling somewhere new whenever the opportunity arises.
