James is passionate about helping businesses build and manage effective, engaging workplace savings and benefits programmes that support their employees. Outside of work, James is a father of three. He has a passion for music and enjoys collecting records. A keen football fan, he loves both playing and watching whenever he gets the chance. James mostly enjoys spending time with his family and reading with his wife.
