Mathew Rann

Mathew began his career in financial services nearly 30 years ago as a management trainee at the Woolwich Building Society. He later joined a regional IFA, providing individual financial advice before heading up their new employee benefits (EB) division. He holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is a Chartered Financial Planner.

Having worked exclusively in EB for the last 25 years, predominantly with London-based and overseas clients, Mathew works with clients to design and manage leading-edge employee benefits packages to recruit and retain top talent. His passion is helping international clients provide a market-leading benefits proposition for their UK staff.

In his spare time, Mathew manages his younger son’s under-16 grassroots football team, finding it very rewarding to see how the players improve over the years. He’s also a keen cyclist, having participated in several UK and international events – he’s recently run the London marathon and has completed several ultra running events! He also has two chickens and a dog to keep him busy.
