    Employee Benefits

I graduated from Lancaster University with a degree in business studies before I joined Mattioli Woods in January 2011 when the company acquired Taylor Patterson. I have an in-depth knowledge of employee benefits including pension, group risk and healthcare arrangements and assist the company’s international clients with their UK employee benefits. I also advise a client portfolio of SMEs and I am responsible for implementing and reviewing my clients’ employee benefits packages to ensure they achieve maximum employee engagement. I am a qualified chartered financial planner. Outside of work I am a keen follower of sports, with football and cricket my favourites to watch, although I do not play as much these days. I am also a proud dad and I hope to get my daughter interested in sports when she grows up so I have someone to compete against in the back garden!
