Steve joined Mattioli Woods in May 2025, bringing over 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has gained a wealth of expertise in employee benefits and pensions.
His career started with Royal London where he spent the next 14 years in various positions within the business, working in both individual and auto enrolment workplace pensions.
Holding the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Steve is committed to providing professional and knowledgeable guidance which is centred on delivering client-focused solutions.
Passionate about making employee benefits programmes accessible and easy to understand, Steve excels in breaking down the complexities of implementing everything from individual benefits, such as health cash plans or group life policies, to comprehensive benefit suites designed to work together in synergy.
Outside of work Steve has a keen interest in health and fitness and can be found either in the gym or out hiking for the day, which complements his other main interests of travelling the world and sampling diverse cuisines.
