Having graduated in law, Yasin started his career as a legal advocate but has always had a keen interest in finance and decided to change career paths in 2009 when he joined Mattioli Woods. 

Yasin now specialises in wealth management and self-invested pension planning, overseeing and advising on funds under trusteeship in excess of £120 million.  

As well as providing advice and consultancy to senior executives, owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth clients, Yasin is a subject expert in property, advising a number of developers across the country. He also sits on the Investment Committee for Custodian Property Income REIT, a listed property investment company with assets in excess of £500 million. 

As a Team Director, Yasin manages a team of advisers and client relationship managers, providing leadership in driving the business forward. 

Yasin recently joined the board of Carehires (a start-up tech company providing care homes with the ability to source and place care workers in shifts swiftly and efficiently) as a non-executive director with the aim of taking it to an IPO. 

Outside of work, Yasin’s passion is working alongside his dad carrying out charitable work in Malawi, with a real focus towards the provision of clean water, clothing, food and housing in remote villages among supporting other charitable causes.
