These events will give you an opportunity to find out about our Financial Services Development programme, which has regular intake dates throughout the year. The event will involve a presentation by key members of staff and the opportunity for you to meet senior employees – including those who have completed the graduate programme, giving you a great chance to ask any questions you may have. Each open day is identical, therefore you will only need to attend one.
Whilst the open event does not form part of the selection and recruitment process for our Financial Services Development Scheme, it does give you the opportunity to understand the role more completely, tailor your application submission, and equip you for our selection Assessment Day.
It would be useful for you to have undertaken some research on the role and the company before attending the open event.
The open event will take place at MW House at Grove Park in Leicester (not Gateway House which is across the road). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any parking at either office, though there are nearby car parks and street parking which have availability. Alternatively, the Quicksilver Shuttle Park and Ride Service has a dedicated arrive/depart facility on Smith Way giving a 15-minute frequency 7am to 7pm service from/to Grove Park from the city centre. See here. It is anticipated that the open day will last for no more than three hours, subject to the number of questions asked on the day. Following attendance of the open event, we will then invite applications for selection on to the next stage of the recruitment process.
