Twenty newcomers have joined the ranks at MW House at Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester.

They arrive under a scheme first launched by Mattioli Woods five years ago.

Eight are graduates training to become client relationship managers.

Ten others – aged 16 to 19 – are undergoing combined technical learning, with a further two embarking on a new degree course run in conjunction with De Montfort University.

Group chief executive Ian Mattioli said: “We have seen many success stories from local recruitment, including a number of team members who started in apprentice positions and now find themselves at either management or board level”.

Graduate scheme recruit Nicole Johnson said: “I have been impressed by the high level of structure given to the training scheme and the support provided by my mentors”.

Financial services apprentice Jordan Colclough, said: “I’ve settled in really well and look forward to my future career at Mattioli Woods”.

Mattioli Woods has three graduate intakes each year. We began our talent search in 2011 and have gone on to establish ourselves as one of the region’s biggest recruiters of university leavers.
