The run marks the third year Mattioli Woods’ has sponsored and taken part in the event, which is held annually on Glack Hill, Aberdeenshire.
The two Aberdeen teams were hindered by a mixture of 20 manmade and natural obstacles during the run. The course navigates the hill’s forests and bogs, which had them running, jumping, crawling, sliding, paddling, climbing and squelching their way towards the finish line of the 5km route. Not to mention getting extremely wet and muddy in the process!
This year, Mattioli Woods included its own “special obstacle”: The MW Ninja Challenge! An obstacle for those who could muster up the extra energy after taking on the main event… See Aberdeen’s Daniel Hough tackle this here.
The team managed to raise an impressive £500 through our Glack Attack JustGiving page. This amount is being matched by Mattioli Woods to bring our grand total to a whopping £1,000!
Thank you to all involved and to everyone who donated to this great cause!
