CHARITY looks set to be the winner when a team from Mattioli Woods braves this year’s Glack Attack 5k mud run.
They will tackle the testing terrain of bogs, quarries, woodland, steep slopes and boulders to raise funds for Breast Cancer Now.
The annual obstacle course challenge takes place on Saturday (October 7) at Glack Hill near Dunecht, Aberdeenshire.
Representing Mattioli Woods – a sponsor of the event for the last five years – will be David Gibson, Wendy Atkinson, Bonita Ewing, George Gray, Lisa Webster, Mike Reid and Ross Morrison.
David said: “When we first took part in Glack Attack we had no idea how much fun it would be.
“It is truly an event that stays with you... not least as it usually takes a minimum of three showers to get rid of all the mud.
“But seriously, the team are delighted that Mattioli Woods continues to support the event, which has become a highlight on the local scene. It gives us the perfect opportunity to raise funds for our charity partner, Breast Cancer Now.”
