Lyndsay Maclean has been all smiles on her daily walk with son Finley in tow today. Lyndsay is a busy operations manager for our employee benefits division at Mattioli Woods, based in our Glasgow office. This great pic of Lyndsay with her ‘wee one’ was taken on one of their daily walks. Lyndsay has offered some great tips for those of us who are working from home with a little one:
- Be one person at a time, mum then manager rather than juggle both.
- Go on your daily walk and make sure you look after your physical and mental health
- Use your walk as a multitasking tool, Lyndsey catches up with family via her headphones while she and Finley are out and about – this way she knows exactly where he is!
- Lyndsay’s final piece of advice for all of us is to keep smiling – even when it’s raining!
