The Management Engagement Committee is primarily responsible for the operational management and monitoring all aspects of the Group’s business. The team implement the business strategy and business plans agreed by the Board ensuring that day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with the relevant regulatory and statutory requirements. The Committee manages the performance of the Group’s business units and operating subsidiaries and are responsible for the employee talent management and development across the Group.
Committee meetings are attended by a number of senior managers from across the Group.
