I joined Mattioli Woods in 2007 as a graduate and having worked closely alongside the consultancy team, I was instrumental in developing and shaping what is now known as the consultant operations team. 14 years on, my role as the Group Consultancy officer is multifaceted but my core responsibility is to manage and oversee the operational needs and governance of the consultancy teams including holding the position of the Group T & C Officer, as an area of expertise.

Ensuring our staff are well-trained and competent is at the heart of the business and as the Group T & C Officer, it is my priority and responsibility to ensure the high standards we set ourselves are achieved and/or exceeded to ultimately deliver great client outcomes.
