behaviour and culture change programmes internationally across a range of global organisations as well as coaching leaders and executive teams for peak business performance.
Sarah has an accredited coaching qualification from Henley Business School.
Sarah founded Calm In A Box to support people find calm when lives today are often so full of
busyness, overwhelm, stress and anxiety and developed a passion for wellbeing following a
difficult time and some serious health issues. Calm In A Box brings together her core purpose with her professional expertise.
