Group Life Assurance
This provides a lump sum payment to your nominated beneficiaries should you die whilst in employment. Your core cover level is 2x your reference salary.
The Mattioli Woods Group Personal Pension Plan
The company contributes 5% of your reference salary and you are required to make a minimum contribution of 5%.
Group Income Protection
If you are unable to work due to illness or injury, we provide an income until retirement, leaving the company or death. Your core level could pay 50% of your reference salary after 26 weeks of being unable to work.
Health Cash Plan
The company provide Level 1 cover, but you can increase this depending on your own needs.
Share Incentive Plan
After six months’ service, you can buy company shares and receive matching free shares through our share incentive plan.
