I joined Mattioli Woods back in 2006 as an IT Helpdesk Analyst. In truth I was the entire Helpdesk and one of only two in IT. I progressed through the infrastructure side of IT and was the System Administrator for almost ten years before moving into management. Over the past 14 years I have held five positions here as my career progressed.
I am now ultimately responsible for all IT in the business, including all of the underlying server and network infrastructure, all applications, MWeb, all software development and the IT Service Desk. I also serve as the ultimate escalation point for any incidents, queries or projects.
