Joanne has worked in employee benefits for almost 25 years, focusing on group risk and healthcare benefits and has various CII qualifications under her belt (Cert CII and R05).
She joined Mattioli Woods in late 2022 as an Employee Benefits Consultant and works alongside Ed Watling and Adrian Firth in the Health and Wellbeing team (with a bit of group risk thrown in for good measure). Prior to joining Mattioli Woods, Joanne worked for Broadstone, where she looked after a portfolio of SME clients and was involved in the implementation of Broadstone’s online group life proposition and developing new business leads.
Joanne has a daughter, Elise, who is growing up fast and certainly keeps her on her toes! She also has a rescue cat, Belle, and a kitten, Coco. Joanne loves to read, enjoys walking and going to the gym. Having studied higher psychology, she now has a keen interest in mental wellbeing.
