During her career, Saira has worked on both general consulting for domestic and international clients, as well as developing international business.
Saira joined Mattioli Woods in October 2016 and has over 30 years’ experience in the employee benefits market. Over the last 20 years, her client work has focused on helping multinational companies source and manage benefit programmes for their employees.
During her time at Mattioli Woods, she has helped evolve the employee benefits service offering to now include technology platforms to help employee engagement, and also developed international consulting services, and member engagement and education services that are the cornerstone of many clients’ benefit offerings.
