Originally from Scotland but now based in Manchester, Sean is responsible for Mattioli Woods’ employee benefit advice teams throughout the UK. He also specialises in developing innovative, engaging and well-communicated benefit programmes to a wider range of employers. 

Sean’s key area of expertise is helping employers introduce flexibility and choice into their benefit packages. 

Working for a number of leading consultancies, providers and corporate advisers has provided Sean with over 30 years’ experience in the employee benefits market. 

Outside of work Sean is passionate about rugby and music, everything from Chopin to The Buzzcocks!
