    After graduating from Heriot-Watt University with degrees in MA (Hons) Economics and MSc International Accounting and Finance, Gursharn started his career in financial services at Aegon in 2010 before joining Mattioli Woods in 2022 as an Employee Benefits Consultant.  

    Gursharn has over a decade’s experience in financial services and the employee benefits market, specialising in the delivery of consultancy services and a wide range of employee benefits solutions, including pensions, group risk, healthcare and wellbeing to companies of all sizes. He also holds the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA). 

    He works in partnership with businesses to design, implement and manage effective benefits programmes to help attract and retain employees.  

    In his spare time Gursharn enjoys spending time with his family and cycling. He is also a supporter of Manchester United and watches any game he can.
