Taking mental health seriously is fundamental to your duty of care and a vital component of your employee wellbeing strategy.

Mattioli Woods can support your employees’ mental wellbeing through our online platform, MentalWellbeing@MattioliWoods (MW@MW). We support organisations in four areas of best practice:

    • Education – the whole workforce is provided with bite-size learning modules covering mental health awareness, stress, resilience, anti-bullying, harassment and suicide awareness
    • Voice – through regular, tailored employee surveys, real-time feedback can be collated to give employees the means to express their feelings
    • Self-care – an extensive library of resources allows employees to access information on any issues which may be affecting their mental health confidentially and points them to additional help
    • Signposting – for employees who need further assistance in dealing with a mental health issue, MW@MW provides signposting to other services. Help can be accessed via existing employee benefits (telephone helplines, Employee Assistance Programmes, virtual GP services, health insurance) and charitable or third sector organisations
