Martin has been working in financial services for over 35 years, with 30 years’ experience specifically in the employee benefits space.
He has worked in a range of different financial services organisation, namely Sun Life, Scottish Widows and Friends Provident, before moving to advising employers, with Alexander Forbes, Mercer and Foster Denovo. Martin enjoys being a key influencer of employee benefits corporate strategy as well as helping businesses support their employees, sometimes by making very complex areas simpler and easier to understand.
Away from work, Martin enjoys living and walking in the country and being so close to the New Forest, there is extensive scenic walking options around. He also enjoys watching sport including Bath and England Rugby together with Chelsea FC.
