Caroline is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and brings over 30 years of experience of helping businesses on their growth journey.
She was previously a partner at PwC in London where she led a wide range of client relationships for the firm, predominantly in the middle market and private sector. Her industry experience is broad and includes a focus on fast growth financial services businesses, particularly investment and wealth management businesses.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her three children and wider family. She loves horse riding, keeping fit and all things North Devon.
