    Group Life Assurance

    This provides a lump sum payment to your nominated beneficiaries should you die while in employment. Your core cover level is 2x your reference salary.

    The Mattioli Woods Group Personal Pension Plan

    The company contributes 5% of your reference salary and you are required to make a minimum contribution of 5%.

    Group Income Protection

    We can all fall ill – 2020 taught us that – or suffer a serious accident and providing your employees with an income while they are absent from work can bridge a difficult gap for them. And it is one of the key benefits offered by group income protection.
