Working in the employee benefits industry for 16 years, Ant started in the administration team at Mercer before helping both KPMG and Willis Towers Watson develop their own proprietary technology and deliver it to large corporate clients. Ant brings a wealth of experience in implementing and managing employee benefits projects for corporate clients, including development of multi-year strategies to achieve employee engagement objectives.
Outside of work Ant is kept busy by his three daughters and a love for playing, watching and coaching football.
