    Employee Benefits

With over 20 years of healthcare experience, gained within both provider and broker environments, I have been working with clients in the UK and globally. I have helped to develop corporate healthcare accounts for Danish provider, International Health Insurance A/S and BUPA. In a broking context I have advised multinational corporate clients on their healthcare and personal accident requirements. This has been within several sectors including energy, pharmaceuticals, construction, media and security. I joined Mattioli Woods in 2012 and I’m responsible for healthcare consulting group-wide and cover a range of employee wellbeing benefits including private medical insurance, health cash plans, employee assistance programmes, health screening solutions and international healthcare. I am also involved in the design and implementation of bespoke health and wellbeing strategies for clients, including benefit procurement, product administration and employee communication. Outside of work, I previously kept fit practicing competitive Judo but getting older, I am now concentrating on the less combative sport of running. The rest of my downtime is split between my family and watching Liverpool FC.
