Kathryn Rodriguez

Kathryn started working within the employee benefits sector over 18 years ago, working for companies including Mercer Marsh Benefits, JLT, and Embark Group before joining Mattioli Woods in December 2021. As well as having experience with advising small, medium and large clients, Kathryn is also experienced in online benefits technology; she previously managed a flexible benefits team managing online flexible benefits technology.

Kathryn works hard to find suitable solutions for her clients. By working with a hands-on approach and an eye for detail, she is able to deliver expert advice and the right products to fit their business needs. Her passion for wellbeing, and vast experience with voluntary benefits and benefits technology, ensures wellbeing solutions are promoted to employees. Thanks to experience in her previous positions, she is able to engage with corporate clients of all sizes to help recruit, retain and engage with employees and meet company goals.

Currently, she is working towards the Diploma in Financial Advice and has passed the Healthcare and Financial Protection exams. On a personal level, Kathryn loves spending time walking on the cliff tops at the coast and has completed the Cleveland Way walk. She loves to sing and attends a social choir weekly.
