Mike Pole

Mike has 30 years’ experience in the financial management arena, previously holding senior positions at a national financial company before re-establishing his own business, Pole Arnold, in 2012 with his co-directors. After reaching high levels of success, the company was acquired in 2021 by Mattioli Woods.

As well as providing very personal, comprehensive, and clear advice to his clients, Mike is also known for his attention to detail, insightful perspective and straightforward communication and is insistent that our clients are at the heart of all that we do.

Outside of work Mike likes to swim, cycle and compete in Ironman triathlons.
