    Nimmy Uppal

    Employee Engagement Consultant

Nimmy joined Mattioli Woods in 2013 after graduating from Coventry University with an honours degree in finance and investment. Initially working as a client relationship manager, she gained valuable experience and knowledge. She soon progressed to become a wealth management consultant while working alongside our Employee Benefits team as a qualified financial adviser before moving to her current role of Employee Engagement Consultant.

Working closely with a wide array of clients with a focus on employee benefits, Nimmy specialises in creating more engagement with employees for our clients. By helping individuals to understand their pensions and other benefits, they can make more informed choices and feel confident in understanding what these mean to them.

Outside of work, Nimmy loves to go travelling and visit new places as well as trying to attend as many concerts and festivals as possible. She also enjoys going for long walks, although it is sometimes very tough to convince her husband to join her!
