I joined Mattioli Woods as Employee Benefits Team Director in June 2020, with responsibility for leading the Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
I have over 25 years’ experience advising companies on pensions and employee benefits. While also advising on risk and flexible benefits, defined contribution pensions and member engagement are my specialities. A keen advocate of behavioural science, I aim to achieve better retirement outcomes for employees while maximising value for employers.
My main client services include online benefits platforms, DC pensions, risk and medical benefits, voluntary and flexible benefits, and employee communications. I have a degree in actuarial mathematics and statistics and am a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
When not working, I enjoy playing football, badminton and cycling, and walking in the hills with our three fun labradoodles.
