Having graduated in Law, I started my career as a legal advocate, but have always had a keen interest in finance and decided to change career paths in 2009 when I joined Mattioli Woods.
I now specialise in wealth management and self-invested pension planning, overseeing and advising on funds under trusteeship in excess of £120 million.
As well as providing advice and consultancy to senior execs, owner-managed businesses and high net worth clients, I am a subject expert in property, advising a number of developers across the country. I also sit on the Investment Committee for Custodian Property Income REIT, a listed property investment company with assets in excess of £500 million.
As a Team Director, I manage a team of advisers and client relationship managers, providing leadership in driving the business forward.
I recently joined the board of Carehires (a start-up tech company providing care homes with the ability to source and place care workers in shifts swiftly and efficiently) as a Non-Exec Director with the aim of taking it to an IPO.
Outside of work my passion is working alongside my dad carrying out charitable work in Malawi, with a real focus towards the provision of clean water, clothing, food and housing in remote villages amongst supporting other charitable causes.
