Helen has over 12 years of experience in financial services and pensions. She joined Mattioli Woods in 2012 as a Client Relationship Manager, administering a portfolio of SIPP and SSAS clients. She now works closely with Iain McKenzie on various aspects of operations, change, project delivery, software development and ESG, as well as with several specialist pensions teams. 

As part of her role as Group Operations Officer, Helen has a key focus on delivering digitisation to the business, which involves streamlining and automating processes, enhancing data quality and security, and improving client experience. She liaises with various stakeholders across Mattioli Woods to identify areas of improvement and implement innovative solutions that support the strategic vision and values of the company. She also monitors and evaluates the impact and benefits of the digital initiatives and ensures they are aligned with the regulatory and compliance standards. Helen is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to create a more efficient, effective and sustainable business model for Mattioli Woods and its clients. 

When not at work, Helen likes to spend her time outdoors in the countryside. She also enjoys meeting up with family and friends and even attending the occasional Leicester Tigers or England Rugby match.
