    Lauren Hyslop

Following her graduation with a first class Master of Arts degree from The University of Glasgow, Lauren has worked within the financial services sector since 2013, joining Mattioli Woods three years later.

During this time, she joined the Group’s Asset Allocation Committee as well as the Investment Research team, becoming a key member of both. Lauren is currently a member of the Portfolio Management Committee, a team responsible for the management of all Mattioli Woods discretionary investment products.

Since joining Mattioli Woods, Lauren has become involved with fund selection, including the curation of a preferred list of tax-efficient investments. She has also created wealth management strategies for both individuals and corporates.

As well as completing the Investment Advice Diploma, Lauren is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

Outside of work, Lauren is a big animal lover with five dogs. When time permits, she also loves to read fiction, with her favourite authors being the Brontë sisters and Angela Carter.
