A FORMER senior manager with transport giants FirstGroup has joined the ranks of Mattioli Woods plc.
Lisa Proctor has been recruited to bolster the employee benefits team. She will be based in Aberdeen.
Lisa previously worked as group reward manager at FirstGroup, where she also undertook pension secretarial duties.
She will use this experience in her new role with Mattioli Woods where she will develop rewards strategies.
The appointment was welcomed today by Alan Fergusson, Managing Director - Employee Benefits, who said: “Lisa spent over 10 years with FirstGroup after time in the oil and gas industry with the Wood Group. Her experience shines through in everything she does.
“When looking at the development of our employee benefits services for many of our HR clients and contacts, we felt the reward space was something that we would like to develop and Lisa will be at the forefront of that initiative, renewing many acquaintances that she has in and around the North East HR community.
“We are delighted that she is now part of the team and that we continue our development in Aberdeen and the surrounding area.”
