From 9 December 2019, the new senior manager & certification regime came into force and as a direct result of this the FCA no longer publishes a central record of authorised individuals. Mattioli Woods is responsible for ensuring that individuals in our consultancy teams meet the high standards you would expect from any financial consultant. The individuals listed on this section of the website have been assessed and meet the regulatory requirements, necessary within their role.

The Board of Directors meets regularly throughout the year as well as on an ad-hoc basis, as required by time-critical business needs, and is the principal forum for directing the business of the Group.
We recognise the need to ensure an effective Governance framework is in place to give our stakeholders confidence that the business is effectively run, ensuring excellent client outcomes.
The Management Engagement Committee is primarily responsible for the operational management and monitoring all aspects of the Group’s business.
The Investment Committee oversee the Group’s investment management approach, overseeing the development of the ‘house view’ on economics, investment markets and asset allocation; and considering how the Group should best apply these views.
