Jim Tennent

I began my career in banking at the Bank of Scotland in 1975 before joining Legal & General three years later. It was here that I had a variety of roles before progressing into management in 1990. Following a successful spell leading the independent arm team in Scotland I moved to Kudos Financial Consultancy. 

In 1996 I became a business shareholder and created Kudos’ employee benefits due diligence arm. I led the management buyout in 1999 and acted as Managing Director until Mattioli Woods acquired the company in 2011. 

Outside of work I enjoy all sport, especially golf, and love to spend time with my three grandchildren.
