Mattioli Woods plc, the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces the appointment of David Kiddie as Chairman, succeeding Joanne Lake, effective from the conclusion of the handover period and receipt of regulatory approval, expected no later than 21 January 2022. A further announcement will be made in due course in this regard.
David joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in January 2021. He has over 35 years’ experience in asset management and investment oversight across different asset classes, having held a number of senior roles including CEO at BNP Paribas Investment Partners UK and Chief Investment Officer at AMP Capital Investors, ABN AMRO Asset Management and Rothschild Asset Management.
He is currently a Non-Executive Director at Investment Fund Services and Marlborough Fund Managers.
