After working with one of the major life insurance companies in the UK I moved to Mattioli Woods in May 2012. I am responsible for compliance oversight across the Group and, along with my team, we look to ensure the effective operation of the systems and controls we have in place to mitigate risk and to serve our clients as best we can. I also sit on the company’s Governance Committee.
I am married with three great daughters who make me proud beyond words, and I love nothing more than spending time with them at our favourite Italian restaurant in Glasgow. Most of the consultancy team at Mattioli Woods probably feels like they know my girls very well, as I do tend to talk about them quite a lot!
I love walking and, having run two marathons before, I am looking to overcome a troublesome Achilles injury to enable me to get back up to that distance before too long.
