The Board of Directors meets regularly throughout the year as well as on an ad-hoc basis, as required by time-critical business needs, and is the principal forum for directing the business of the Group.
The Investment Committee oversee the Group’s investment management approach, overseeing the development of the ‘house view’ on economics, investment markets and asset allocation; and considering how the Group should best apply these views.
Our expert property team are highly experienced in the commercial property investment market. We proactively manage all assets with the aim of maintaining cash flow and enhancing long-term income, while protecting value.
We value a quality, diverse, and regional portfolio based on an income-focused strategy. We secure against a broad range of robust tenants, minimising cash drag. We strive to focus on areas with high residual values, strong local economies, and an imbalance between supply and demand.
